As a member of the Product Policy organization, the role will lead efforts to build safe products in collaboration with Product and Engineering, focused on Discord’s public API, SDKs, and our developer ecosystem.The expert will partner with cross-functional roles to identify safety risks and opportunities in new product changes, build mitigations into the product design and contribute to product strategy; Own the Discord Developer Policies, governing the acceptable uses of our public API and SDKs by third-party developers; Work closely with the Safety cross-functional group to evaluate the policy and enforcement impacts on new product changes, and scope the necessary requirements to support those teams.
